If you came for an overnight stay Red Lamp Mobile Home Park is a delightful site to camp; Savage Dam is a charming site. If you're here at Riggs Reservoir and you like golf, you can take a look at MT Graham Golf Course, and you're sure to stumble upon some cheerful folks from Safford here. Through the summertime highs here at Riggs Reservoir get into the 90's. Once the sun       is down it descends down to the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 50's with temperatures at Riggs Reservoir dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. There's great hiking along the Round the Mountain Trail, and since you're here at Riggs Reservoir it's a great idea to take a look at Robinson Flat. Riggs Reservoir is pretty waterless regularly; July is when you get the most rain here, and May is the month with the least moisture.                  This lake is so wonderful. Cave Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth going to, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Noon Creek Trail. That right there is a lot already, but it goes on; Riggs Reservoir has it all. Camping at Riggs Reservoir is great fun, Tower Mobile Park is a great local campground; Frye Canyon is another great place to take a look at close by. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. If time allows, Chiricahua National Monument is a national park worth taking a look at. The Ash Creek Trail Three Hundred Seven offers hiking at its best, and SpringHill Suites Thatcher is a tremendous place to get some rest. If the weather is lovely, you obtain a glorious view of Halls Mesa from Riggs Reservoir; dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Safford.
