A lake close by is Lower Goldwater Lake; this is a popular location for people from Prescott. This lake is so wonderful. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Indian Hill is clearly visible from Prescott Reservoir; if you came       for an overnight stay Saint Agatha Campground is a perfect place to camp. Aspen Creek Spring is always fun to check out; while you're here you can take a hike along the Sierra Prieta Crest Trail Nmber Two Hundred Sixty Four. Throughout the summer highs here at Prescott Reservoir get into the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs through the winter are regularly in the 50's, and overnight lows at Prescott Reservoir during the winter                  generally plunge into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Hotel St. Michael is a good site to spend a night or two, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Granite Mountain Trail Number Two Hundred Sixty One. It is very dehydrated here at Prescott Reservoir mostly; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is June.
