If you like lakes and you're in this part of Arizona you can check out Pine Lake. It's a great idea to go to Thompson Creek, it's right next door to Pine Lake, and golf can be played at Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Clubs. Pine Lake gets very little rainfall; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is June. A great close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Pinetop, Az; you acquire a tremendous panorama of Pinetop Mountain from here. So much fun stuff in the Mogollon Rim Mountains, just amazing. at Pine Lake. Woodland Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out; if you've had enough of Pine Lake, Bootleg Lake is close by. This lake is so wonderful. Summer at Pine Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's while
overnight lows are typically in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are usually in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Pine Lake. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Sunrise Park; Pine
Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Blue Ridge Motel is a good place to camp nearby. Pine Lake is one of the lakes here in the Mogollon Rim Mountains.
