Beautiful Pecks Lake has much to offer visitors. Good hiking is available along the Packard Trail Nmber Sixty Six, and there are some nice whitewater spots on Verde River. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Pecks Lake; Gaddes Canyon Trail is a brilliant local trail, and if you're looking for a fine tour, Montezuma Castle National Monument is relatively near. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Pecks Lake you can play some golf at Pine Shadows

Not much rain falls here at Pecks Lake; most of the rain falls throughout August while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So much entertaining stuff next to Pecks Lake, clearly incredible. is a pleasant choice. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Pecks Lake, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Pecks Lake dipping down into the 30's during winter
nights.
Get yourself into a kayak and hit Verde River. This lake is so wonderful. The Woodchute Trail offers hiking at its best, and Pecks Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Turquoise Triangle RV and Park is
a delightful local campground. Tavasel Marsh is a swamp next to Pecks Lake, and don't leave Pecks Lake without first paying a visit to Shea Spring.
After a long day outdoors Quality Inn Cottonwood is a perfect location to spend a night or two, and swing by Bitter Creek it's a nice location to check out.
