Miraval Resort is a tremendous site to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lago del Oro has to offer, you can camp at Quail Ridge Estates. Carristo Spring is always fun to check out, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the Canada del Oro Four. Going for a hike on the Cargodera Canyon Six Trail is always       a good adventure; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Catalina Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Mount Lemmon Ski Valley and strap some skis to your feet, and close to Lago del Oro you locate a golf course called Mountainview Country Club Saddlebrooke. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! Lago del Oro is excellent! Nearby lakes? Sure, Twin Lakes is near Lago del Oro; you can stay the night at Wishing well Trailer Court. Lago del                  Oro is pretty arid ordinarily; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is May. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby, Copper Hill Wash is a stream you can pop by while you're here, naturally you could also check out Irene Well since you're here; it's not far at all.
