Lake One is right by the Horton Creek Trail. During the months of summer highs here at Lake One reach the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's, and night lows in the 10's for Lake One. Be careful coming to the Mogollon Rim Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again. If you need       a place to stay Best Western Sawmill Inn is a great choice, and why not take a refreshing hike along the West Holcomb Trail. This lake is so wonderful. It's always good to check out Allenbaugh Spring; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake One; Bear Flat Pleasant Valley Trail is a brilliant local trail. Lakes? Sure, Lake Three is in close proximity, and since you're here at Lake One, checking out Al Fulton Point is a must. Lake One is located in the                  Mogollon Rim Mountains. If only every site had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great earth it would be. Camping at Canyon Creek Campground is always a magnificent experience, and Willow Springs Dam is a delightful spot. From a rainfall point of view Lake One is a rather normal place; August is the month that gets the most rain, and June is the month with the least moisture.
