You clearly must like the Mogollon Rim Mountains. Stay the night at Nelson Reservoir Campground, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Escudilla National Recreation Trail. | | Rim Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Molina Spring, and a glorious close by hotel is Best Western Sunrise Inn. Throughout the summertime at Nelson Reservoir highs are mostly in the 80's while overnight lows are generally in the 50's. that is rather arid generally; most of the rain falls during August while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is one of the great places here in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. There's always Nelson
Dam to have a look at in the neighborhood of Nelson Reservoir; after a long day outdoors Days Inn - St. Johns is a splendid place to spend a night or two. And if that's not enough, there's plenty more to do near Nelson Reservoir.
There's so much to do here at Nelson Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Bear Paw RV Park is a wonderful site for that, and as expected, this is a fine neighborhood for people who like lakes, Glen Livet Reservoir is a lake nearby.
