     Arizona has many beautiful lakes and Lost Lake is one of them. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. The peak of Mogollon Mesa can be observed from Lost Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A short tour to Upper Buck Spring is always worthwhile, and camping is available at Knoll Lake Campground. Don't leave Lost Lake without first going for a hike along the Highline Trail, and Super 8 Motel is a  
   perfect location to get some rest.
Lakes? Sure, Knoll Lake is close at hand; there's great hiking along the Myrtle Trail. High temperatures at Lost Lake during the summertime are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. All through the winter the highs are regularly in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Lost Lake. Man, is there a heap of amusing things to do near Lost Lake. Why not camp at Horton Campground
 
               since you're here at Lost Lake, and Myrtle Point is an attention-grabbing location to pop by while at Lost Lake.
Lost Lake is a beautiful lake in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. The yearly rain here at Lost Lake is about average; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and June is when it's the driest. That right there is loads of exciting things already but it goes on, the Mogollon Rim Mountains has it all. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lost Lake; Horton Creek Trail is a fine local trail, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Payson Inn is a wonderful place to spend a night or two.
