Through the summer months here at Little Rock Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Little Rock Lake. Little Rock Lake in fact is in the middle of a scenic outdoors paradise. Daze Canyon is right next       door to Little Rock Lake and is certainly a good place to visit; don't leave Little Rock Lake without first going for a hike along the West Holcomb Trail. Looking for something near Little Rock Lake? King Phillip Guzzler is close at hand, and there's good hiking along the Foot Canyon Trail. You're perhaps hooked on lakes, Little Nelson Lake is one of those nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express WINSLOW. So many enjoyable things to do in                  the Mogollon Rim Mountains, not enough time. This lake is so wonderful. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Chevelon Creek; if you came for an overnight stay Chevelon Lake Campground is a nice place to camp. At Little Rock Lake you don’t see much precipitation; the wettest month of the year is usually July, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is June. This place, the Mogollon Rim Mountains, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff.
