A brilliant nearby hotel is Best Western Sunrise Inn, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Sheep Crossing_Baldy Ninetyfour Trail. Not much rainfall falls here at Little George Reservoir; August is the month that gets the most rain while May is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Be careful coming to the Mogollon Rim Mountains, you might       not ever want to go back home again. A pretty lake like Saint Marys Lake in close proximity to Little George Reservoir is a brilliant spot to check out; go to close by Heron Marsh. This lake is so wonderful. For the duration of the summer months, highs regularly are in the 70's at Little George Reservoir, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's, and overnight lows during the winter for Little                  George Reservoir tend to be in the 10's. Yeah, come up here to the Mogollon Rim Mountains for a delightful time. Hiking along the Escudilla National Recreation Trail is magnificent fun. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Little George Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Elderberry Spring Campground; Americas Best Value Inn-Springerville is a delightful spot to get some rest.
