Spencer Canyon Campground
 | 18 miles away 1 PHOTO We love camping even greater time is swimming. Spencer Canyon Campground including MT.Lemmon has no swimming at all. Rose Canyon Campground has a lake but only fishing is allowed. Dangle your feet and you might find a crawfish. Sycamore Reservoir is even lower in elevation is much hotter than all and a hike in the heat. Summer Haven has a creek that you can dangle your feet in and 1000 higher than all combined and beautiful. Blackberries grow wild and what a sight to behold. If I may add as well we have been visiting Mt.Lemmon for many years and Spencer is cooler than Rose in the summer at least by ten degrees.... |
