Comfort Inn Gallup is a delightful location to get some rest. It is very waterless here at Hunters Point Pond mostly; the month with most of the rain is August; the driest month of the year is May. Throughout the warm months at Hunters Point Pond temperatures are generally in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Hunters       Point Pond dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Near Hunters Point Pond you locate Black Creek Valley which is a great location to stop at, and not far from Hunters Point Pond you'll stumble on Hidden Lake which is a picturesque lake. Be careful coming to the Chuska Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again.
