     The Kendrick Peak Trail offers hiking at its best, and you can catch a sight of Beale Mountain from Government Hole. If you came for an overnight stay Circle Pines KOA is a wonderful place to camp, and there are other places here than Government Hole, for example Moritz Lake. Why not camp at Williams Koa Kampground since you're here at Government Hole, and a brilliant close by hotel is Americas Best Value Inn-Flagstaff.

   is a magnificent place to get some rest, and not far from Government Hole you'll come across Raymond Lake which is a picturesque lake. Man, is there lots of enjoyable stuff to do in the neighborhood of Government Hole. A journey to Beale Spring will fill your spirit with splendid feelings, and why not head up to Arizona Snowbowl and strap some skis to your feet. Throughout the summertime months at Government Hole highs are frequently in the 80's. Once the sun  
               is down it dips down to the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are commonly in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Government Hole.
This lake is so wonderful. You must definitely dedicate some time to Government Prairie if you're here at Government Hole, and do take a hike on the Dorsey Spring Trail. Around Government Hole you don’t get a lot of rain; during August this area sees the most rain, and June is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Government Hole is near Sanderson Pass which is definitely worth going to, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Little Lookout Trail.
