     Camping is available at Williams Koa Kampground, and why not head up to Williams and strap some skis to your feet. Man, is there a heap of exciting stuff to do right next door to Fay Lake. Take a hike on the Benham National Recreation Trail, and if you need a place to stay Quality Inn Mountain Ranch & Resort is a perfect choice. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Little Lookout Trail, and while you're here, you could also explore striking Raymond Lake. From  
   Fay Lake you obtain a brilliant vista of Conners Hump, and after a long day outdoors Americas Best Value Inn-Flagstaff is a splendid spot to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. Around Fay Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; most of the rain falls through August while June is generally the driest month. Moritz Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit; why not camp at Circle Pines KOA while you're here at Fay Lake.

               Fay Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are frequently in the 40's, and nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Fay Lake tend to be in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. The Kendrick Peak Trail offers hiking at its best, and a day on the slopes of Arizona Snowbowl is just what you need.
