Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. Earl Creek flows through this vicinity, and the scenery at Earl Park Dam is delightful. The slopes of Sunrise Park are so inviting noone can resist, as expected you could also go to Christmas Tree Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. During the       summertime months here at Earl Park Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 80's while overnight lows are generally in the 40's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Earl Park Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Black River - & East Fork. If only every site had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great globe it would be. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel -                  Pinetop is a good location to spend a night or two, and if you're here at Earl Park Lake it's a fine idea to visit Upper Earl Park. From a rainfall point of view Earl Park Lake is a quite common spot; all through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and June meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Lame Deer Canyon is a great spot to have a look at right next door to Earl Park Lake; a lake nearby is Hawley Lake. And if that's not enough there's heaps more entertaining stuff to do in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. A fine close by hotel is PVC at Roundhouse Resort. There's so much to do here at Earl Park Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Cyclone Lake Campground is a great spot for that.
