     A good place to camp here at Dry Reservoir is Roadrunner Mobile Home Park, and this is a popular spot for folks from Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale. Dry Reservoir is commonly a reasonably arid site; August is the month that gets the most rain while May is regularly the driest month. Why not camp at Maricopa County Regional Park System since you're here at Dry Reservoir; Casa Grande Ruins National Monument is a wonderful site close by. Lakes are tremendous; Phoenix  
   South Mountain Water Storage is a lake that's near Dry Reservoir, and after a long day outdoors Canyonview Resorts Club South Mountain Preserve is a splendid place to spend a night or two.
You believe that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Not far from Dry Reservoir, you'll locate Firebird Lake which is a pretty lake. For the period of the summer months, highs generally are in the 100's at Dry Reservoir. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 70's. During
 
               the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 60's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Dry Reservoir fall into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Dry Reservoir and you like golf, you can go to Club West Golf Club, and Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa is a glorious place to get some rest.
