     You're probably hooked on lakes, Lookout Lakes is one of those nearby, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Indian Hollow-Thunder Springs Trail Twenty-three. Dry Park Lakes gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is August; June is the month with the least moisture. At Dry Park Lakes all through the summertime highs are in the 70's; the nighttime is fairly chillier of course, commonly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the  
   30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Dry Park Lakes. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Dry Park Lakes; Tiyo Point Trail is a tremendous local trail; camping at Jacob Lake Campground is always a brilliant experience.
You just have to have a thing about Dry Park Lakes. If you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites GRAND CANYON is a great choice, and good hiking is available along the Bass Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If
 
               you came to camp DeMotte Campground is a good spot to do that; of course, this is a great region for folks who like lakes, Oquer Lake is a lake close at hand.

(...) Hermit trail is in the Grand Canyon! And anyone who thinks it will be in the 70's in summer in the bottom of the Grand Canyon is in for a very unpleasant surprise!  More like 120 degrees and you can die from that heat.  Best hiking time is spring or fall for this trail.  Summer is too dangerous, unless you are used to that broiler-oven desert heat.  You need a permit to hike this trail, and since it is popular with backpackers, you will have to get it 4 months in advance, and it is not free.  If you have never backpacked before they won't issue it to you, either. (...)...
