What a nice lake Dry Lake is. Don't leave Dry Lake without first going for a hike along the Steeple Mesa Seventy-Three Trail, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Deer Creek. Dry Lake truly is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. Paddling on Black River - East Fork is so much fun It's always fine to stop at Concho Bill Spring. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Mogollon Rim Mountains, too perfect to be true. There's fine hiking along

| | the Sheep Crossing_Baldy Ninetyfour Trail, and a good site to camp here at Dry Lake is Diamond Rock Campground.
This lake is so wonderful. Best Western Sunrise Inn is a brilliant location to get some rest; Dry Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Aspen Campground is a good local campground. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Sunrise Park since you're here, and there are tremendous locations to discover along the KP Trail Seventy. | |

At Dry Lake through the months of summer highs are in the 70's while night lows are generally in the 40's. During the winter highs are frequently in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Dry Lake.
All year is
a fine time in the Mogollon Rim Mountains if you love the outdoors. This lake is located in the wonderful Mogollon Rim Mountains. Dry Lake is a location that is rather dried up mostly; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is May.
