At Dankworth Pond through the summertime months highs are in the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 50's,
and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Dankworth Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Round the Mountain Trail is splendid fun, and naturally Jacobson Creek flows through this region. If you need a place to stay Safford Days Inn is a nice choice, and camping at Tower Mobile Park is always a splendid experience.
