This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant location to camp here at Crater Lake is Arizona Snow Bowl Campground, and the snow is magnificent at Arizona Snowbowl. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Coconino County Government, and if you need a place to stay Americas Best Value Inn-Flagstaff is a good choice. Now,       you may feel that's plenty but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Crater Lake. From Crater Lake you obtain a tremendous sight of Horseshoe Hill, and hiking along the Kendrick Peak Trail is pleasant fun. Lakes are nice; Slate Lakes is a lake that's next to Crater Lake, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Dry Lake. A tour to Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument is worthwhile, and a good close by hotel is                  S8 Flagstaff Downtown NAU Conference Center. High temperatures at Crater Lake during the summer are in the 80's, and the night is fairly cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's; overnight lows at Crater Lake throughout the wintertime commonly drop into the 20's.
