Cook Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. And that's not all you can do here at Cook Reservoir. Cook Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Tower Mobile Park is a great local campground; the friendly folks of Safford like to hang out close by. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Cook Reservoir; Lady Bug Trail Three Hundred Twenty Nine is a pleasant local trail, and for you golfers we recommend close by MT

If you need a place to stay Best Western Desert Inn is a delightful choice, and a good close by hotel is Super 8 Safford. Cook Reservoir is pretty dehydrated regularly; July is when you get the most rain here while May is mostly the driest month. While you're here at Cook Reservoir, you could also stop at beautiful Roper Lake, and an out of the ordinary thing to stop at close to Cook Reservoir is Cactus Dam.

Do pay a visit to Chiricahua National Monument since you're here at Cook Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Cook Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Lexington Pines MH and RV Park is a tremendous spot for that.
A great spot like Freeman Flat here at Cook Reservoir is too nice to miss, and Lebanon Reservoir Number Two is a nearby lake that you could pop by. High temperatures at Cook Reservoir during the summer months are in the 90's. For
the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's; nighttime lows at Cook Reservoir through the winter frequently fall into the 20's.
There's
great hiking along the Round the Mountain Trail, and a good site to stop by is Deadman Canyon. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the area in the vicinity of Cook Reservoir has to offer. The Noon Creek Trail offers hiking at its best, and from Cook Reservoir you acquire a tremendous view of Clay Knoll.
