At Cook Reservoir during the days of summer highs are in the 90's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 50's; night lows at Cook Reservoir through the winter mostly dip into the 20's. Playing golf is lots of fun at MT Graham Golf Course; after a long day outdoors Super 8 Safford is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. And if you're still looking for more outdoors       fun things just keep reading. Don’t forget to stop at Freeman Flat while you're here at Cook Reservoir, and Chiricahua National Monument is a wonderful national park. Not much precipitation falls here at Cook Reservoir; July is the month that gets the most rain while May is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Lexington Pines MH and RV Park is a magnificent location to do that, and Cook Reservoir is a location with many                  visitors from Safford. Camping at Tower Mobile Park is always a great experience, and glorious hiking is available along the Lady Bug Trail Three Hundred Twenty Nine. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Cook Reservoir; Noon Creek Trail is a good local trail, and Deadman Canyon is a perfect site to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Roper Lake is in the vicinity, and you can go for a hike on the Round the Mountain Trail. There are other locations here than Cook Reservoir, for example Lebanon Reservoir Number Two, and a good close by hotel is Best Western Desert Inn. On a beautiful day you obtain a sight of Clay Knoll from Cook Reservoir, and why not pop by Cactus Dam if you're here. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place!
