It's always great to check out Buckshot Spring. There's so much to do here at Colter Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Gabaldon Campground is a splendid place for that. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Americas Best Value Inn-Springerville is a great choice. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. Winn       Sink is an interesting swamp in the neighborhood of Colter Reservoir; you can take a little journey to River Number One Dam if you're here at Colter Reservoir. Sunrise Park has glorious slopes and a friendly staff, and Burro Mountain is a peak you can see from Colter Reservoir. If you get bored of Colter Reservoir, you could also pop by close by Lee Valley Reservoir, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Sunrise Inn. During the days of summer here at Colter                  Reservoir, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's; overnight lows at Colter Reservoir all through the winter generally plunge into the 10's. So many enjoyable things to do here at Colter Reservoir, too great to be true. A lake nearby is Basin Lake, and Colter Reservoir is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Winn Campground is a pleasant local campground. Colter Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. Colter Reservoir gets a common amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls throughout August while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
