Near Coffee Lake you find the Tiyo Point Trail which is a great hiking trail, and a good close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Grand Canyon, Az. This lake is so wonderful. Roaring Springs Campground is a fine local campground, and you can go for a hike on the Bass Trail. If time allows, Grand Canyon National Park is a national park worth checking out; going for a hike on the Transept Trail is always a good adventure. At Coffee       Lake you don’t see much precipitation; August is the wettest month with most rain, and June on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the warm months at Coffee Lake highs are typically in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Coffee Lake. Why not camp at DeMotte Campground if you're here at Coffee Lake, and after a long day outdoors The Grand Hotel is a perfect site to spend a night or two.
