  There's so much to do here at Blue Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Navajo National Monument Campground is a good site for that. An out of the ordinary thing to check out right next door to Blue Lake is Blue Lake Dam, and Badger Spring is always fun to check out.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Blue Lake has to offer, you can camp at Navajo National Monument -Sunset View. If time allows, Navajo
    National Monument is a national park worth stopping at; this is a popular place for folks from Shonto. Summertime highs at Blue Lake generally tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 50's.
