Near Blake Pond you locate great sites like Swiss Canyon, and you'll find a scenic lake called Sunshine Pond. Blake Pond is a location with many visitors from St. George; Rio Virgin RV Park is a perfect local campground. Summertime highs at Blake Pond generally tend to be in the 100's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's.       For the duration of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 50's with temperatures at Blake Pond dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Wingate by Wyndham St. George is a brilliant place to spend a night or two, and going for a hike on the Honeymoon Pack Trail is always a splendid adventure. So much entertaining stuff close to Blake Pond, simply tremendous. East Mesa is clearly visible                  from Blake Pond; a wonderful lake like Emily Pond is a perfect spot to check out. This lake is so wonderful. Blake Pond is a perfect place to visit for more than one day, Palms RV Resorts is a perfect place to camp nearby, and you can go for a hike on the Honeymoon Trail. If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Virgin River; everyone loves Yellowhorse Flat.
