This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Carefree Resort and Villas, and Chevelon Creek is a great whitewater spot close by. For the duration of the summer here at Black Canyon Lake, high temperatures typically reach the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with       highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Black Canyon Lake descend into the 10's. But wait, there's more enjoyable things to do in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. The scenery at Black Canyon Dam close to Black Canyon Lake is wonderful, of course you could also take a look at Twin Lakes since you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Black Canyon Lake is a location that is quite dehydrated commonly; the                  wettest month of the year is regularly July, that's the one that rains the most; June on the other hand is the driest. Having a great time in the Mogollon Rim Mountains is uncomplicated. A good place to camp here at Black Canyon Lake is Gentry Campground, and do put some time aside to spend at Twin Springs while you're here at Black Canyon Lake. The Mogollon Rim Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Camping is available at Wildhorse Lake Campground, and hiking along the West Holcomb Trail is wonderful fun. Having a fine time at Black Canyon Lake is painless.
