The beauty of Big Fill Lake is reason enough to stop by. Throughout the summer months highs here at Big Fill Lake get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. During the winter the highs are frequently in the 40's; night lows all through the winter for Big Fill Lake tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of Arizona Snowbowl is just what you need, and tremendous hiking is available along the Lava Flow Trail.

to do here at Big Fill Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Flagstaff Koa Kampground is a brilliant place for that.
During your journey to Big Fill Lake you'll meet some folks from Flagstaff for sure, and Fairfield Flagstaff
Resort is a glorious place to get some rest. Here at Big Fill Lake you can observe Sheep Hill; if you need a place to stay Residence Inn By Marriott Flagstaff is a good choice.
Don't leave Big Fill Lake without first going for a hike along the Walnut Canyon Loop Trail, and a lake close by is Elaine Lake.
