Little George Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could explore; a fine site to camp here at Becker Lake is Casa Malpais Campground. At Becker Lake you don’t see much rainfall; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is May. If you're here at Becker Lake, you could stop at Nutrioso Creek; Best Western Sunrise Inn is a great       place to get some rest. Through the summer months highs here at Becker Lake reach the 70's with nighttime lows in the 40's. For the duration of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Becker Lake temperatures descend to the 10's. Any time is a great time at Becker Lake if you adore the outdoors.
