A wonderful lake like Taylor Pond near Beaverhead Natural Lake is a good place to explore, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Black River - East Fork. There's so much to do here at Beaverhead Natural Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Benny Creek Group Area - Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest is a nice spot for that. Summertime highs at Beaverhead Natural Lake generally tend to be in the 70's while overnight lows are generally in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with temperatures at Beaverhead Natural Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights.
