Bartlett Dam has great water scenery and it's next to Bartlett Reservoir; a good place to camp here at Bartlett Reservoir is Cave Creek Campground. During the summer months at Bartlett Reservoir highs are mostly in the 100's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 60's with temperatures at Bartlett Reservoir dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. Bartlett Reservoir is

Bartlett Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Club Ranch Trail. There are good locations to look at along the Pipeline Trail, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling
on Verde River. Bartlett Reservoir is a location that is quite waterless ordinarily; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is June. Rattlesnake Cove is close at hand and always wonderful to check out, and Comfort Inn Fountain Hills is a delightful place to get some rest.
