Barrata is right by the Bill Williams National Recreation Trail, and hey, Meath Wash is a brilliant local stream. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Barrata. Barrata gets very little rain; during July this area sees the most rain; June on the other hand is the driest. If you need a place to stay Copperstate Motel is a great choice. You'll       need more than a day to discover everything Barrata has to offer, you can camp at Paulden RV Park. Everybody close by loves skiing at Williams; hiking along the Benham National Recreation Trail is good fun. A great close by hotel is Ashfork Inn. There's so much to do here at Barrata that you need to camp here for a while, Ashfork Koa Kampground is a nice spot for that. Summer at Barrata arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and all through summer                  nights temperatures are in the 50's.
