Summertime at Aspen Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Aspen Lake temperatures descend to the 10's. This lake is located in the wonderful Mogollon Rim Mountains. Any time is a good time at Aspen Lake if you go for the outdoors.       If the weather is lovely, you obtain a great sight of Brookbank Point from Aspen Lake, and in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chevelon Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the West Holcomb Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; Aspen Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Gentry Campground is a good place to camp nearby. You just can't picture the                  amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the Mogollon Rim Mountains has to offer. On a good day at Aspen Lake you can take a hike along the Bear Flat Pleasant Valley Trail; do put some time aside to spend at Twin Springs if you're here at Aspen Lake. If the weather is pleasant here at Aspen Lake, you can go for a hike along the Foot Canyon Trail, and after a long day outdoors Kohls Ranch Lodge is a fine place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Patrick Pond is a great lake near Aspen Lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Aspen Lake has to offer, you can camp at Rimtop Travel Trailer Park. Having a brilliant time in the Mogollon Rim Mountains is uncomplicated. A striking lake like Nelson Lake in the neighborhood of Aspen Lake is a brilliant spot to check out, and a tremendous close by hotel is Best Western Sawmill Inn.
