The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 100's to Apache Lake. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 70's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 60's while Apache Lake night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 30's. Creek Canyon is another good place to stop by close by. This lake is so wonderful. Horse Pasture Spring is always fun to check out, and Black Cross Butte can be made out from Apache Lake.

on the Alder Trail; after a long day outdoors Gold Canyon Golf Resort is a great spot to spend a night or two. Going for a hike along the Baldy Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and a splendid close by hotel
