Go to Winrock Farms Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Going for a hike along the Cowan Hollow Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and since you're here, you might as well pop by Graveyard Hollow. Winrock Farms Lake generally gets a large amount of rain; through the month of May you get the most rain around here; the driest month is January. And if that's not enough there's a heap more cool stuff to do in the Boston Mountains.

Winrock Farms Lake is located in the Boston Mountains. Just can't get enough of the Boston Mountains. Illinois Bayou - Middle Fork has a nice whitewater paddling spot nearby. There's so much to do here at Winrock Farms Lake that you
need to camp here for a while, Upper Brock Creeek Campground is a wonderful place for that. This lake is so wonderful.
Summertime highs at Winrock Farms Lake usually tend to be in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to
the 60's. Through the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 40's with temperatures at Winrock Farms Lake dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights.
