Wingert Reservoir is located in the Boston Mountains. Yeah, come up here to the Boston Mountains for a splendid time. All through the long summer days highs here at Wingert Reservoir get into the 90's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 60's. During the wintertime the highs are usually in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Wingert Reservoir. All the outdoors       exciting things in the Boston Mountains will keep you coming back many times. Cadron Creek - East Fork is a delightful whitewater spot next to Wingert Reservoir, and on a pretty day you get a brilliant vista of Bluff Mountain from Wingert Reservoir. Wingert Reservoir is a wet spot that gets a large amount of rainfall; all through May this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is January. It's a fine idea to go to Blakey Branch, it's right                  next door to Wingert Reservoir, and dry warm beds await you at Fairfield Bay Resort. You can take a little spree to Wingert Lake Dam while you're here at Wingert Reservoir, and Spring Mountain Retreat is a nice campground nearby. This is no location for people who don’t like to have fun. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Lake Eden; Quality Inn Heber Springs is a splendid place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.
