Get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Cedar Creek - West Fork, and there are plenty of people from Fort Smith here. Wildcat Mountain Lake is a rather wet place regularly with a good deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is May, and       the driest of the months is January. All through the summer months at Wildcat Mountain Lake highs are commonly in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's with temperatures at Wildcat Mountain Lake dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. This place, the Boston Mountains, has so much outdoors entertaining things. Camping at Overland RV Park is always a perfect                  experience, and why not take a look at close by Flat Rock Creek while you're here at Wildcat Mountain Lake. This lake is so wonderful. FT Smith Country Club is a golf course in the neighborhood of Wildcat Mountain Lake. Lakes are delightful; Hollis Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Wildcat Mountain Lake, and you obtain a good view of Wildcat Mountain from here. Wildcat Mountain Lake Dam has glorious water scenery and it's next to Wildcat Mountain Lake; Wildcat Mountain Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Terry Campgrounds is a great local campground.
