Why not camp at N Little Rock Koa Kampground since you're here at Western Hills Lake, and getting to Brodie Creek from Western Hills Lake is easy. The high level of rain makes Western Hills Lake a pretty wet spot; all through May this area sees the most rain while August is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Ouachita Mountains.       A brilliant site to camp here at Western Hills Lake is Sands Mobile Home Park, and the wonderful people of Little Rock-North Little Rock like to hang out close by. This lake is so wonderful. Western Hills Lake is one of the lakes here in the Ouachita Mountains. You can run the rapids of Rock Creek in the neighborhood of Western Hills Lake, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Foreman Lake.
