A large amount of rain falls at Tall Timber Lake; the wettest month of the year is generally May, that's the one that rains the most; August is when it's the driest. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Ouachita       Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at TownePlace Suites Little Rock West, and a lake nearby is Western Hills Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Tall Timber Lake you'll almost certainly meet some folks from Little Rock-North Little Rock, and a tremendous location for whitewater paddling is Rock Creek. This lake is so wonderful. And that's not all you can do here at Tall Timber Lake. Sands Mobile Home Park is a wonderful campground nearby, and Sprick Lake                  is a nearby lake that you could explore. For the period of the summer highs here at Tall Timber Lake reach the 90's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 50's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Tall Timber Lake plunge into the 20's. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LITTLE ROCK-WEST is a splendid place to spend a night or two, and Tall Timber Lake Dam is a site that is in close proximity to Tall Timber Lake. Just can't get enough of the Ouachita Mountains. Getting to Brodie Creek from Tall Timber Lake is simple, and if you're a golfer then a splendid close by course is Western Hills Country Club.
