The Boston Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Here at Swan Ponds there are plenty of folks from Searcy, and needless to say Pine Run is a       pretty stream that is worth checking out. Summertime at Swan Ponds arrives with high temperatures in the 90's, and the nighttime is a tad colder of course, mostly in the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Swan Ponds are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Swan Ponds, you could also have a look at gorgeous Smith Pond, and Hampton Inn Searcy is a great spot to get some rest. Get                  your heart beating on the magnificent whitewater of Big Creek; you'll stumble on a wonderful lake called Schroeder Lake. Swan Ponds gets a lot of water; May is the wettest month with most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture.
