The beauty of Surrounded Ridges Lake attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Ouachita Mountains is peerless! You'll meet a lot of folks from Russellville here, and whitewater paddling is great on Big Shoal Creek. All the water falling down from the sky makes Surrounded Ridges Lake a wet location; the wettest month of the year is regularly May, that's the one that rains the most, and January

This lake is located in the wonderful Ouachita Mountains. Just can't get enough of Surrounded Ridges Lake. A great nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Russellville,Ar, and for you golfers we recommend close by Chamberlyne Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Do have a look at Peeler Lake in the vicinity of Surrounded Ridges Lake, it's a charming lake, and the peak of Surrounded Ridges can be seen from Surrounded Ridges Lake.
