At Steeds Lake through the warm days of summer highs are in the 90's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 70's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Steeds Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. A picturesque       lake like Patocca Lower Lake in the vicinity of Steeds Lake is a nice place to take a look at; brilliant water scenery is available at Steed Lake Dam close to Steeds Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Steeds Lake a wet spot; December is when you get the most rain here while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
