Throughout the winter highs are in the 50's while Spring Lake night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. Spring Lake is a wet location that gets a lot of precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is January. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place!       The Ouachita Mountains is unbeatable! If you're here at Spring Lake, you could check out Payne Branch, and you'll find a charming lake called Lower Spring Lake. Yeah, come here to Spring Lake for a fine time. There's so much to do here at Spring Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sands Mobile Home Park is a perfect spot for that, and get wet paddling on Rock Creek. There's always Spring Lake Dam to take a look at right next door to Spring Lake,                  and since you're here, you could also stop at scenic Spring Valley Lake Number One. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Embassy Suites Little Rock, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Little Rock-North Little Rock here. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for a good journey? Hot Springs National Park is rather right next door to Spring Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Ouachita Mountains. If you came to camp Pfeifer Camp is a great place to do that, and if you need a location to stay TownePlace Suites Little Rock West is a fine choice.
