High temperatures at Snake Lake throughout the summertime months are in the 90's. Summer night lows fall down to the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Snake Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express       TEXARKANA; camping is available at Sterling Crest RV Park. Snake Lake is right by the Rocky Point Park Trail; this is a popular place for people from Texarkana. This lake is so wonderful. There's some attention-grabbing stuff to see at Crabtree Lake Dam next to Snake Lake, and don't forget to take a glorious little trip to Boggy Creek. This is a glorious region for people who like lakes. Crabtree Lake is a lake around here, and if you came for an overnight                  stay Shadey Park RV and Trailer Haven is a tremendous place to camp. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do in the neighborhood of Snake Lake. Take a hike on the Atlanta State Park Trail, and swamps like Ford Slough near Snake Lake make for great sites to go to.
