Smith Lake is a site with many visitors from Hope, and don't leave Smith Lake without first going for a hike along the Kizzia Trail. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Missouri River, and a lake close by is H and P Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Smith Lake is a quite wet place usually with a great deal of rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
