Summertime highs at Skinny Lake regularly tend to be in the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 70's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Skinny Lake drop into       the 20's. Skinny Lake is a wet place that gets a great deal of rainfall; the month of April is the wettest with most of the rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. If you're here, you might as well take a look at Bowman Bar; there's some flowing water close by, Crow Creek is a stream you can stop at during your stay. A picturesque lake like Island Lake next to Skinny Lake is a good site to pop by, and Village Creek State Park is a fine local campground.                  This lake is so wonderful. Long Lake is a good lake close to Skinny Lake, and Hampton Inn Forrest City Ar is a fine place to get some rest. But wait, there's more to do next to Skinny Lake.
