This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Chateau Aux Arc RV Park; you can run       the rapids of Hurricane Creek. And if that's not sufficient there's a lot more amusing stuff to do in the Boston Mountains. If you need a site to stay Days Inn Ozark is a fine choice.
