Do stop by Sanderson Lake while you're in this part of Arkansas. Man, is there plenty of amusing things to do in the Ouachita Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Alpine Inn, and camping at Sanderson Lake is fine fun, Phil's Mobile Home Park is a fine local campground. You could also go to Bethel Lake if you're here at Sanderson Lake; it's close by, and a good location for whitewater paddling is Gulpha Creek. A short journey to Whittington Spring is always worthwhile,

The high level of rain makes Sanderson Lake a relatively wet site; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest of the months is January. Summertime highs at Sanderson Lake commonly tend to be in the 90's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. temperatures fall to the 20's. This lake is located in the wonderful Ouachita Mountains.
So many exciting things near Sanderson Lake, definitely amazing. The nice folks of Hot Springs like to hang out nearby; Magic Hills Public
Golf Course is a golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful. At Sanderson Dam close to Sanderson Lake there are some attention-grabbing things to see. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Ouachita Mountains, too brilliant
to be true. At Sanderson Lake you can see Blowout Mountain, and if you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Saline River - Middle Fork.
This lake is so wonderful. If you haven’t
been to Hot Springs National Park, you have to schedule some time for it since you're here, and if you came for an overnight stay Gulpha Gorge Campground is a wonderful place to camp.
