A glorious place to camp here at Peter George Lake is Mount Nebo State Park; unsurprisingly Cape Slough is a stunning stream that is worth going to. During the summertime months here at Peter George Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in                  the 20's to Peter George Lake.
