High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 50's with temperatures at Parks Lake dipping down into the                  20's during winter nights. If you came to camp Pappy's Palarm Creek Landing is a splendid place to do that, and a wonderful place for whitewater paddling is Cadron Creek - East Fork. If you like the outdoors, you'll like Parks Lake. Parks Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Conway Boat Dock is a tremendous local campground; Hilton Garden Inn Conway is a good location to get some rest.
