What a nice lake Parks Lake is. Parks Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; August on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Pappy's Palarm Creek Landing is a glorious site to do that, and obviously Bennetts River flows through this neighborhood. Parks Lake is a place with many visitors from Little Rock-North Little Rock, and Best Western Conway is a perfect site to get

For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Parks Lake get into the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 60's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 50's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Parks Lake temperatures dip to the 20's. Well I have fished faulkner lake for about a year and still have no clue on how to catch crappie. It's a clear lake with lots of grass fairly deep from what I have seen with alot of trees near the bank and off the bank so yo's must work well. I do have pictures but have not uploaded them yet................ |

Just let you know that although Cadron Creek itself flows through private property there are a few campgrounds on the river that are run by Cadron Creek Outfitters -- two of which are accessible only by boat. Cadron Creek Outfitters can also assist with boat rentals and shuttles on the weekends when they are open during the season (March 1 to June 15)... |
