You'll need more than a day to explore everything Otter Lake has to offer, you can camp at Jacksonport State Park. For the period of the summer months at Otter Lake highs are commonly in the 90's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. Highs all through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 40's; night lows in the 20's for Otter Lake. The high level of rain makes Otter       Lake a pretty wet place; all through the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is January.
